Order Processing Time
We strive to fulfill every order on the same day it is placed, provided the order is submitted before 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Please note that our fulfillment days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your selected shipping method and destination:

International Shipping & Duties
We offer international shipping to many countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes as determined by your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
*NEW* Due to recent changes in trade agreements and tariff regulations, the previous de minimis exemptions are no longer in effect as of August 31, 2025. Customers in the United States, who previously benefited from duty-free shipping on Canadian orders, are now subject to applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend reviewing your local import regulations prior to placing an international order.
Delivery Issues & Delays
