Refund policy
Due to the intimate nature of the products sold, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless the purchase is faulty or defective.
Any product intended to have direct contact with any body part or bodily fluid is final sale.
Personal lubricants are not returnable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 30-day return policy for damaged/defective products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@arapersonals.com with proof of purchase and details about any problems you've encountered.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA# (return merchandise authorization) with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without an RMA will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we've received your approved return, your order will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@arapersonals.com.
Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the return to your account.
