Is ARA water-based?
Yes. LITE and MAX are both water-based and pH balanced, and they rinse off with water.
Isn't that a lot of single-use plastic?
There's no plastic in ARA packets. They're foil and paper, 0% plastic, and recyclable when empty.
How long does a pack last?
One packet is one use. At 3 uses a week, 10 packets last about 3 weeks, 25 about 2 months and 50 about 4 months.
How big is each packet?
Each packet holds 5 mL, enough for one use for most people. It stays sealed until you tear it open, and it's strong enough that it won't burst in a pocket or bag.
What's the difference between LITE and MAX?
LITE is thinner and silky, the closest to natural feel. MAX is thicker and fuller, stays put and doesn't get sticky. Both are water-based, pH balanced, unscented and dermatologist-tested.
Is it safe with condoms and toys?
Yes. Both formulas are safe with latex condoms and toys.
What's in it?
LITE: water, glycerin, hydroxyethylcellulose, sodium benzoate, lactic acid, phenoxyethanol. MAX: water, glycerin, propylene glycol, hydroxyethylcellulose, benzoic acid, sodium hydroxide. No hormones, alcohol, parabens, sulfates, fragrance or colourants.
Will anyone know what I ordered?
No. It ships in a plain, unmarked box, and billing is discreet.
What are the intimate wipes?
Each pack has 30 extra moist wipes made with nine plant extracts. They have a light cucumber scent and they're alcohol-free and pH balanced.
What does the 30-day guarantee cover?
If something goes wrong, like a skin reaction, a damaged or leaking packet, or the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with store credit.
